Until I worked with Andrew I didn't fully understand why, with all the technology that is out there, you still need a realtor. I didn't realize how much I needed the level of customer service Andrew offered - before, during and even after our sale. There is no way I could have navigated this experience without incredible personal inconvenience or cost. Andrew handled it all - from expert guidance to referrals to helping me with inspections contractors. Not only would I recommend Andrew, I will use him again and again. So... I was half right, you don't need a realtor - you need Andrew.

Andrew promised me he would sell my house in 30 days.... I thought he was full of it.... I let him prove me wrong and HE DID! Offer on the table in less than 30 days! He was amazing to work with and has become a friend. He also was there for me and guiding me as I bought a new home in another  state.
